What equipment do I need to do the plan?
The only equipment you need is a set of dumbbells, we recommend an adjustable set.
Do I need a gym membership to complete the plan?
No, all of our workouts can be completed at home or in the gym as you prefer.
Can I do the plan if I’m a vegetarian or vegan?
Yes, we have vegan meal plans available.
I don’t like some of the foods on the plan – can I swap them?
The way we have structured our nutrition plan ensures you have as much choice as possible to create meals you like best. If you don’t like a recipe or have intolerances we will give you advice on changing or swapping ingredients in the members group.
Can I have a cheat day?
We don’t believe in cheat days and advise you to enjoy all of the foods you love every day and to get full on delicious, nutritious meals to reduce the chances of you bingeing out. The plan will motivate you to create a lifestyle change, where you won’t view food as “good” or “bad”, reducing the need for a cheat meal or day.
What if I go on holiday during the plan?
The workouts can be completed anywhere. Your coaches can advise you on how to adapt workouts to best suit your facilities while away.
What if I miss a workout?
If you miss a workout, don’t worry. Simply get back on plan the next day with support from Team BGP.
How can I pay?
You can pay with your credit or debit card by using our reoccurring payment provider, Stripe. You don’t even need to have an account.
How long is the subscription?
Subscription is for 2 months initially, then month to month thereafter.
